Measures and recommendations for our common health and safety.
Regular disinfection and cleaning of surfaces and points of contact in all areas. The possibility of hand disinfection is guaranteed in the entire hotel, we have disinfection columns & dispensers in all public areas. Daily room cleaning with virucidal products and regular ventilation of all rooms with fresh mountain air.
Here at the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof there is enough space to ensure a minimum distance of 1 meter.
All of our employees are well trained and wear a face visor or mouth mask for your protection.
In our spacious dining room and bar, we allow the legal minimum distance between the tables. Disposable gloves are available at the buffet.
Wellness, Spa & Fitness
The wellness and fitness facilities will be open for you. In the entire spa area, we ask to ensure a minimum distance of 1 meter and here we also appeal to personal responsibility.
Our cancellation conditions for your winter vacation 2020/2021
Due to the special situation, we have adjusted our cancellation policy. In these uncertain times, we would like to offer you maximum flexibility in planning your vacation, which is why it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
We also guarantee you a free cancellation if one of the following reasons applies:
- Border closure
- if our region is classified as a risk area with the highest category
Otherwise, a cancellation is only possible with payment of the following cancellation fees:
- In case of cancellation 13-8 days prior to arrival, we charge 50%.
- In case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 90%.
- In case of a no-show, we charge 100% oft he total booking fee.
An early departure or late arrival will be charged in full. In case of a cancellation, we will deduct Euro 30 administrations costs from your deposit. As a general rule, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Austrian hotel regulations apply.
